The Jumpa activity of the Undergraduate Management Study Program consists of 2 sessions and 4 topics. Furthermore, complaints will be read out by students and responses from the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Management Study Program. In session 1, it was concluded that in the campus environment, students have a very important role. Students are not only recipients of information and services from institutions but also active agents of change in improving various aspects of campus life, ranging from improving the performance of study programs and employee welfare to improving facilities and the learning environment.
In this context, students have the ability and right to convey their aspirations, opinions, and suggestions to the authorities, such as the class coordinator and the management student association (HIMA MJ). Thus, open communication between students and related parties is the key to realizing the desired changes. In addition, the responses and suggestions submitted by students will also be seriously followed up by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, such as channeling input related to academic aspects to the Deputy Dean 1 and input related to facilities to the Deputy Dean 2.
This aims to ensure that every input and aspiration conveyed by students is not only heard but also responded to effectively. However, active participation from students in maintaining the campus environment is equally important. They need to be part of a joint effort to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the learning environment so that the campus can be a conducive place for the learning process and self-development. In addition, students are also expected to be active in seeking and obtaining the latest information relevant to campus life. This information can be obtained from official program announcements, WhatsApp groups, and the HIMA MJ Instagram account. Thus, students can always be connected to the latest developments in the campus environment and can participate in various activities and initiatives organized to improve the quality of life and learning on campus.
The last topic involved 4 speakers, namely Dr. I Nyoman Nurcaya, S.E., M.M., as the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University; Mrs. I Gusti Ayu Tara Laksemiyasa Ditha, S.E., M.Sc., as the Supervisor of the Lecturer Element of the Management Student Association; Mr. I Gede Candra Darma Saputra as the Supervisor of the Student Element of the Management Student Association; and Mr. I Made Paris Loka Ambara as the Chair of the Management Student Association 2024.
