Facilitating Student Aspirations; DPM FEB Unud Holds Simakrama
Denpasar, FEB Unud Student Representative Council - Simakrama FEB Unud 2024 is one of the activities under the auspices of the Student Representative Council which was held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the BJ Building Hall, Sudirman Campus, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This activity aims to invite students in the Faculty of Economics and Business to dialog directly in order to channel the aspirations felt by students represented by representatives of institutions and class coordinators. Simakrama FEB Unud 2024 was attended by representatives from each institution, class coordinators from Development Economics, Management, and Accounting study programs taken from the last 3 batches, class coordinators from Diploma programs taken from the last 2 batches, committee, steering committee, and the core of the 2024 Dean's Meeting committee.
The FEB Unud 2024 Simakrama activity began with an opening by the MC performance, followed by a direct discussion session related to student aspirations led by the Chairperson of the FEB Unud Student Representative Council which was divided into 3 fields of discussion, namely Academic and Planning, General and Financial Affairs, and Student Affairs and Information. In this discussion session, information was obtained that the class coordinator of each study program had distributed a Google Form as a means to collect aspirations related to the academic and planning, general and financial, and student affairs and information fields. The aspirations received in the discussion session in these areas, namely in the implementation of lectures, thesis guidelines for the GEP program, information and transparency regarding the MBKM program, aspirations related to facilities, and the dissemination of information about lectures. Some of these aspirations have been answered by explanations from the FEB Unud Student Representative Council and FEB Unud 2024 Simakrama participants. Some unanswered aspirations need to be reviewed and will be submitted to the 2024 Dean's Meeting.
Then, the event continued with a review session of the draft questionnaire that will be distributed by the 2024 Dean's Meeting committee. The FEB Unud Student Representative Council explained the points that would later become indicators in the Jumpa Dekanat 2024 questionnaire. The event continued with the reading of the conclusion of Simakrama FEB Unud 2024 which was read by the Secretary of the FEB Unud Student Representative Council, followed by a briefing from the Chairman of the FEB Unud Student Representative Council, and closed with MC performance.
