Community Service Undergraduate Management Program Faculty of Economics
and Udayana University Business takes place on Friday, July 31, 2020, which starts at
10:00 am to finish, and housed in Pura Agung Besakih, Karangasem Regency and
This activity is routinely carried out as a practice of science and technology carried out by universities
which this year carries the theme "Management of Pemedek Health Protocol to the Temple
Besakih ". Community service is one of the vision of Tri Dharma College
in Indonesia which aims to create good social relations between universities
high with the community. This activity is one of the mandatory dharma obligations
conducted by lecturers at the Higher Education level in addition to two other dharmas, namely: Dharma
Education and Teaching and Research Dharma.
This activity was attended by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Dr. I Gusti
Ayu Ketut Giantari, S.E., M.Sc., Secretary of Operational Management of the Temple Area Manager
Besakih, Putu Gede Asnawa Dikta, Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University
totaling 18 people, employees of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University
totaling 4 people, as well as undergraduate management study program students totaling 6 people.
In accordance with the theme carried this activity is carried out offline with priority
health protocol by using a mask and washing hands and keeping a distance
(physical distancing) between participants. This activity begins with a mat or the provision of equipment
7 boxes of health protocol consisting of hand washing soap, hand sanitizer and mask
to the Operational Management of Besakih Temple Area Manager, followed by
remarks from Besakih Temple Operational Management Secretary and remarks from the Coordinator
Undergraduate Management Study Program which also opens community service activities
formally. Then proceed with a joint prayer at the Penataran Agung Temple
Besakih by paying attention to the management of the health protocol, then the service activities to
this community ended with a group photo session. This activity is also accompanied by manufacturing
a socialization video on health protocols for pemedek who want to visit Pura Agung
Besakih, where this video will be published later so that the public knows better and
care more about how good and right health protocols are when they want to
visiting the Great Besakih Temple either for prayer or other activities.
